- Q: How often do you update with new movies?
  A: Every month we add about 200 new fullength movies!
- Q: Can I access all movies on the site as a member?
  A: Yes, you get unlimited access to every single movie on the entire site, 24/7.
- Q: I don't have a creditcard. Is there another way for me to become a member?
  A: We want to make sure that all members are at least 18 years old, and that's why we only accept creditcards. Access via SMS is something we will never accept.
- Q: How anonymous and safe is my payment?
  A: Epoch.com/EPOCHEU.COM and Zombaio.com handles all payments done to fuckmoviez.com. It's their name (Epoch/Zombaio) that will show up on your account, and not ours. We never get to see your cardnumber. Only Epoch/Zombaio recive that information.
- Q: Do I need to update something on my computer?
  A: Unless you have a browser from the stone age, you probably won't have to update anything. However, fuckmoviez.com (and other sites on the web) work optimally in later versions of browsers and media players. Click on the links below, and you can update your browser and media players for free.
- Q: Broadband or dial-up?
  A: Broadband is recommended to get the best result as a member of fuckmoviez.com. Dial-up will work too, but movie quality will be slightly reduced.
- Q: Can I connect my computer to my TV and watch your movies on my TV instead?
  A: Of course. All you need is a S-video cable.
  
  1. Get a S-video cable. Sometimes they're called S-VHS.
  (1.1) Get a scart adapter with S-video outlet if you don't have one in your TV:
  2. Turn the TV on.
  3. Turn the computer on.
  4. Access sceen settings. The diagram should show two screens.
  5. If you don't have any image, try diferent settings.
  6. If your screen is in black/white, your computer is set to NTSC. Change it to PAL in "Advanced settings".
  7. If it's still black/white, your TV can't handle S-Video. Set it to composite instead.
  8. That's it! Enjoy our movies on your TV!
- Q: Can I watch movies in fullscreen?
  A: Of course. All our movies can be watched in full-screen.
- Q: Is it safe for me to give my creditcard number on the web?
  A: Yes, it is. We do not store your creditcard number in any way. When you fill in your creditcard number, it is sent via an encrypted page to our payment service provider Epoch/Zombaio, who checks the validity of the card, and that they can withdraw the money from it. When that is completed, you receive your username and password. It will be e-mailed to the address you supply us with. Even though it's highly unlikely, if someone were to hack into our system, they won't find any creditcard numbers. Both our communications with you, and with our payment service provider Epoch/Zombaio, are done with encrypted, safe means.
- Q: When registering I get an error message that says that my creditcard is unvalid?
  A: This means that the transaction isn't completed, and no money has been charged to your account since something is wrong.
